We were looking for a reasonabley priced home with a nice size lot in and around St. Cloud. We were under a time crunch. Chuck Reichensperger took us way up to Holdingford and thru numerous small towns where properties were available. The outside temps were super cold but he kept the car warm while we toured homes and we were always comfortable asking questions and felt confident he "was on our side."

Jen was quick to answer any questions, she answered phone calls and text in a quick manner. She was very knowledgeable with the market in my area, had a professional come in to do photos (which turned out excellent) From start to finish it was a flawless experience and I will hands down reccomend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
